Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. If you’re not, we’ll do our best to help you with a return.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging (tags, boxes, pouches).
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
  • Items sold as part of a set must be returned as the complete set.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal) within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at service@StiloVero.com within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The return postage will be deducted from your refund.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund promptly.

Additional Notes

  • Items that do not meet the return criteria may be refused or receive only a partial refund.
